A name, phone number, or address entered into a search form is sent to the outside provider that delivers those results; Norfolk Residents Directory does not retain a copy of the search. If you contact us, we receive the details you include in the message and use them to respond.

Links lead to City of Norfolk and Virginia portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search tools. Their policies control data submitted after leaving this service. That includes sponsored search results supplied by a separate company.
